Krisha M. is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the healthcare, financial, marketing, and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Proposal Content in National Accounts for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, Krisha interprets customer requirements and maintains a comprehensive proposal content database. Prior experience includes directing corporate communications for CHRISTUS Health, where Krisha crafted crisis communication plans and managed content for over 600 healthcare centers. As Vice President of Strategic Communications at Citi, leadership was provided to a team of internal communicators, enhancing organizational communication strategies. In previous roles, Krisha developed social media strategies and managed marketing communications at NTO Commercial, while also contributing to significant project management initiatives at PwC. Krisha holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University.
