Leisha Kerley

Leisha Kerley is a Senior Manager of Operations at Health Care Service Corporation, where they manage 90 Customer Advocates and 6 Supervisors in a contact center. Leisha has an extensive background in customer service, beginning their career at Merchant Freight Lines from 1979 to 1989, where they handled accounts payable, receivables, and lost freight. They then served as Fleet Manager at Pittencrief Communications from 1989 to 1997 before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas in 1997. Currently, Leisha is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Cooper High School.
