Lynn Li

Lynn Li is an accomplished procurement manager with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management across various industries. Currently serving at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since January 2019, Lynn expanded category spend management and led initiatives that significantly increased diverse supplier spending. Prior to this, a role as Senior Strategy Sourcing Advisor involved managing a $150M spend portfolio for government operations. Lynn's previous positions at Capgemini included leading MRO procurement operations transformation and achieving substantial savings through strategic sourcing. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University.
