Matthew Lynde

Matthew Lynde is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations performance management and military leadership. Since August 2014, Matthew has served as the Senior Manager of Operations Performance Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where responsibilities include operational reporting across multiple areas and coordination requiring strong interpersonal skills. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions in the United States Air Force and Montana National Guard from 1985 to 2014, progressing from line pilot to Project Manager, and ultimately serving as Commander and Director of Communications/CIO. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, completed between 1981 and 1985.
