Mike Frank

Mike Frank leads HCSC’s Information Technology and Customer Service organizations.

Mike has served in several leadership roles for HCSC, most recently as Senior Vice President, Pharmacy and Ancillary Business. He previously was responsible for HCSC’s Tri-State Plans, which included Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans in Montana, New Mexico and Oklahoma. He was CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) and led the regulatory approval process and integration of BCBSMT into HCSC. Before joining the Montana Plan in 1999, he was a practicing attorney with Crowley, Haughey, Hanson, Toole & Dietrich, PPLP, headquartered in Helena, Montana.
