Shalis Brooks

Shalis Brooks possesses extensive experience in social work, with a focus on medical management and patient navigation across various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Medical Management Social Worker II at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas since November 2019, Shalis is responsible for conducting health education programs and regulatory report data analysis.
