Taylor Zator is an experienced executive in the health insurance industry with a career spanning over a decade at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Individual & Family Products since June 2011, Taylor Zator specializes in product and network design, cost of care strategy for marketplace plans, and has held multiple leadership positions including Director of Value Based Care and Regulated Market Solutions, and Director of Strategy and Performance Management for various markets. Prior experience includes strategic planning roles at Rush University Medical Center and financial analysis at the University of Chicago.
