Tracy Walter

Tracy Walter is an accomplished Executive Director with over 15 years of experience in business consulting and project management. Currently focused on optimizing customer engagement strategies at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Tracy has previously held senior leadership positions that blend business and IT strategy. Tracy has also served as an Advocacy Director on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Chicago and has driven customer experience initiatives across various industries during tenure at Accenture and CME Group. Tracy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
