Erma Estrella possesses extensive experience in product development, marketing, and public relations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Development Sales at HCT Group since October 2012, Erma has previously held roles as Product Development & Marketing Manager and Product Development Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to HCT Group, Erma worked at Roberts Beauty in social media and marketing, engaging in outreach, PR, trend research, and client relationship management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Public Relations Assistant and Intern at Spin Shoppe Public Relations, where Erma focused on media lists, press clippings, and event assistance. Additionally, Erma contributed as a Public Relations Consultant for a project at California State University Northridge while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis on Public Relations, which was completed in 2012.
