Drexel DeFord

Drexel DeFord has accrued more than three decades of experience as a Chief Information Officer, with a career spanning the United States and the military. DeFord is the former CIO at Scripps Health, Seattle Children’s, Steward Healthcare, and within several departments of the U.S. Air Force. He is the Past-Chair of CHIME’s Board of Trustees, and he has served on the HIMSS National Board. Today, DeFord works with CI Security and consults with a multitude of enterprise healthcare organizations through his company, Drexio Digital Health.
