Chris Griffiths is a seasoned conservation professional with extensive experience in heritage management. Currently serving as Director at HCUK Group since November 2019, Chris previously held significant roles at RPS (formerly CgMs Heritage) and Liverpool City Council, where responsibilities included providing specialist conservation advice, overseeing substantial heritage initiatives, and managing projects related to buildings at risk. Noteworthy contributions include leading the UK's largest heritage-led regeneration program in Liverpool and managing an enforcement program with a budget exceeding £1 million. Chris began the career as a Buildings at Risk Officer at Shrewsbury & Atcham Borough Council and has a strong academic background with an MA in Architectural History from The Courtauld Institute of Art and a Law degree from the University of Birmingham.
