Dr Paula Jones

Dr. Paula Jones is an experienced archaeologist and heritage consultant currently serving as Associate Director at HCUK Group since November 2019. Previous roles include Principal Archaeologist and Heritage Consultant at Savills and Head of Heritage - Senior Archaeological Consultant at ADAS. Dr. Jones has a background in managing Historic Environment Impact Assessments and community archaeology initiatives, having worked as a Community Archaeology Co-ordinator at Cardiff University and as a Heritage Management Archaeologist at Dyfed Archaeological Trust. Dr. Jones has also contributed to fundraising efforts for the British Red Cross and held a lecturer position in archaeology at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Academic credentials include a PhD in Archaeology from the University of Wales Lampeter, a Master's degree in Death and Society from the University of Reading, and a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology from Trinity College Carmarthen.
