Zachary Herman

Zachary Herman has been working in the installation and programming field since 2020 with HD Media Systems as an Installation Technician and Control4 Programmer. Prior to that, they worked for Easterseals Midwest from 2016 to 2020. During that time, they held the roles of Community Connections Manager, Registered Behavior Technician, and Community Living Supervisor. As a Registered Behavior Technician, they worked with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help individuals develop and build skills to have community involvement and to express desired behaviors while integrating in to public. As a Community Living Supervisor, they oversaw staff directly while preparing documents and monthly shift reports and worked directly with individuals who are supported to ensure their day is meaningful.

Zachary Herman completed their Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology with a focus in Media and Technology from the University of Phoenix between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Saint Louis Community College from 2013 to 2014, studying Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). Zachary also attended St. Charles Community College, although no further information is provided.
