Ruben Hallali

Ruben Hallali is an experienced professional in the field of atmospheric sciences and meteorology, currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of HD Rain since February 2018, where responsibilities include leading the company in high-resolution weather measurement and analysis through advanced sensor networks and deep learning techniques. Prior to this role, Ruben was involved with Time for the Planet as an investor in December 2022, working towards innovative solutions for climate change. Ruben's earlier experience includes serving as a project manager at METEO FRANCE from July 2013 to February 2018, and completing a PhD at LATMOS from September 2013 to October 2016. An internship at McGill University in early 2013 focused on comparing data from various instrument sources. Ruben holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in atmospheric sciences and meteorology from Ecole nationale de la Météorologie and a Research Doctorate in atmospheric sciences from Université Paris-Saclay.
