Dhiah Karsiwulan

Dhiah Karsiwulan is an experienced finance professional specializing in sustainable and climate finance. As a Project Finance Manager at HDF Energy since September 2020, Dhiah leads project development efforts in Indonesia and other Asian markets, focusing on project finance and financial structures. Prior experience includes serving as the Sustainable Finance Program Manager at Tetra Tech, where responsibilities centered on implementing a USAID-funded project aimed at promoting sustainable financing in renewable energy and climate initiatives. Dhiah also worked independently as a Sustainable and Climate Finance Specialist, delivering over six years of expertise in project management and financial modeling for renewable energy projects. Earlier roles included serving as an Advisor for Climate Finance at GIZ and supporting Indonesia's Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMA). Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Carbon Management from The University of Edinburgh and a Master's degree in Finance from Prasetiya Mulya Business School.
