Ameet Kawle

Ameet Kawle is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in wholesale credit and risk management, currently serving as the Team Leader for Wholesale Credit & Risk-SME-Large Ticket at HDFC Bank since January 2023. Previously, Ameet held key positions including Regional Head of the Business Banking Group for IndusInd Bank in Maharashtra and Goa from September 2014 to December 2022, and Area Head of SME Finance at Development Credit Bank Limited from January 2013 to September 2014. Ameet's career in banking began at HDFC Bank as Relationship Banking Head from September 2008 to December 2012, and earlier experience includes serving as Area Business Head for SME Finance at ICICI Bank from May 2005 to August 2008. Ameet holds a Post Graduation in Management with a focus on International Business, Marketing, and Finance from Indira Institute Of Business Management (1999-2001).
