Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah currently serves as Deputy Vice President for Retail Credit Strategy & Control and Internal Audit at HDFC Bank since July 2023. Previously, Pratik held various significant roles at HDFC Limited from January 2009 to October 2023, culminating in the position of Deputy General Manager of Internal Audit, where responsibilities included coordinating the implementation of Risk Based Internal Audit, managing departmental activities in the Northern & Central Region, and leading the ERP function. Throughout the tenure at HDFC Limited, positions included Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager, focusing on policy implementation and data analytics. Earlier career experience includes serving as Audit Manager at Todarwal & Todarwal, managing audits independently and in teams. Pratik is a Chartered Accountant, having studied at H.R. College and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
