Shalabh Sharma

Shalabh Sharma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in banking and lending. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of North 2 at HDFC Bank since July 2023, Shalabh is instrumental in driving the growth of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) across Northern States, overseeing a substantial loan portfolio exceeding 50,000 Crores. Prior to this role, Shalabh held various leadership positions at HDFC Limited, including General Manager and Business Head for Rajasthan, and National Head for LAP and Non-Residential Property Loans. Earlier career experiences at HDFC Limited also encompassed roles such as State Business Head for Uttarakhand and Western UP, as well as other managerial positions in business development and operations. Shalabh is currently enhancing management skills through an Advanced Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and possesses a Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
