Sourabh Sanyal

Sourabh Sanyal has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for West 2 at HDFC Bank since June 2016, Sourabh has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to HDFC Bank, Sourabh worked at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. as Regional Human Resources from July 2011 to June 2016, and at KGK Group of Companies Jaipur as Assistant HR from July 2010 to July 2011. An early career included a position as an Assistant Lawyer at the High Court Jaipur from August 2007 to October 2008. Sourabh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Poornima University, a Diploma in Labour Laws, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, along with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology.
