Swapnil Bandekar

Swapnil Bandekar has a Master of Technology degree in Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Swapnil has held various roles in different companies such as HDFC Bank, where they are currently working as the Principal SRE, Lastlap Private Limited as the Director of Data and IT Operations, and Cisco as Incident Manager - Lead and Software Engineer QA - Lead. They have a wealth of experience in setting up IT infrastructure, implementing ITIL best practices, and leading incident management teams. Prior to their industry roles, Swapnil worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
