Abhaya Brahma

Abhaya Brahma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Onboarding and Operations Excellence at HDFC Life since October 2022, Abhaya has successfully incubated a special unit focused on enhancing new business operations and underwriting processes. Prior to this role, Abhaya held various strategic positions at Exide Life Insurance, including Vice President of Strategy and General Manager of Strategy and Business Analytics, overseeing business transformations and data management. Earlier experiences at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company included Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Manager roles in Corporate Agency, Business Planning, and Investor Relations. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a BTech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
