Neha Singhal is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Manager of Project Management in Bancassurance and Digital Alliances at HDFC Life since October 2020. In this role, Neha manages key tech integrations and projects with a leading private bank and multiple Insuretechs, focusing on partner integrations, customized tech solutions, and improving customer experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing API and journey integrations for new product launches, ensuring production support, and maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners.
