Niraj Shah

Niraj Shah is currently serving as the Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer at HDFC Life since February 2019. Prior to this, Niraj held the position of Chief Financial Officer at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd from May 2015 to February 2019. With a background in corporate finance, Niraj has experience in M&A advisory, valuation, and transaction structuring from their time at EY Corporate Finance and BNP Paribas Investment Banking. Niraj holds a PGDBM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.
