Nitya Kashyap

Nitya Kashyap is a seasoned human resources professional with experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at HDFC Life since May 2023, Nitya previously worked at Zuventus Healthcare Limited in Mumbai from January 2020 to May 2023, progressing from Human Resources Executive to Senior Executive of Human Resources. Nitya also gained initial experience as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited in mid-2019. Nitya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from SIES College of Management Studies, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Patkar-Varde College, earned in 2017.
