Eddy Lima

Eddy Lima is an accomplished IT manager with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Since August 2017, Eddy has been serving as Gerente de TI at HDI Seguros Chile, where responsibilities have included overseeing the core insurance system and managing critical projects. Prior to this role, Eddy worked as Subgerente de sistemas core de seguros and played a key role in maintaining the operational continuity of the company's core insurance system, TIME. With a solid background at Consorcio from 2004 to 2017, Eddy focused on project evaluations, business needs assessment, and IT project supervision. Additionally, experience as Jefe de proyectos at EASE Global Insurance Technology involved leading the design and implementation of insurance platforms across multiple countries. Eddy holds a Diplomado en Estrategia y Personas from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
