Fienna Cheng

Fienna Cheng has worked in various roles across a variety of industries. Fienna started as a Claims Processor at State Farm Auto Insurance in 2009, where they earned several awards for delivering excellent customer service. Fienna eventually became a Claims Analysis Specialist at the company and was responsible for preventing unnecessary lawsuits and mentoring new team members. In 2016, Fienna worked as a Cosmetics Development Consultant for L'Oréal, where they increased sales by 3%-7% by initiating service consultations and following up with clients. Fienna worked as a Business Development Manager at Diamond Hills Collision Center in 2018, where they maintained a pipeline of talented personnel, provided training for new hires and ensured the company adhered to its people practices. Fienna also worked at Central Health Medicare Plan as an Appeals and Grievance Specialist/Analyst in 2018, where they gathered and processed verbal and written grievances and appeals from members and providers. Finally, Fienna worked as a Business Analyst at HdL Companies in 2020.

Fienna Cheng earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from UC Irvine. In 2016, they obtained a Business Analysis certification from California State University, Fullerton. In 2017, they earned a Business Analysis certificate from Cal State Fullerton College of Business and Economics. Most recently, in February 2021, Cheng received a Data Analytics Essentials certification from Coursera.
