Victoria L Beatley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience across various roles in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Principal at HdL Companies since February 2020, Victoria is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in California Utility Users' Tax. Additionally, Victoria has held the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Orange County's Credit Union since December 2000.
