Anthony Wheeler

Anthony Wheeler, SE, PE, is a highly experienced Senior Bridge Engineer at HDR since April 2024, previously serving as a Senior Structural Engineer at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC from August 2020 to April 2024, and in various roles at Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc. and Hardesty & Hanover, LLC. With a strong background in designing and detailing new bridges, mentoring junior engineers, and project coordination, Anthony's notable projects include the Delancey Street bridge and a single span PS spread box beam bridge along the Pennsylvania Turnpike with associated soundwalls. Anthony also has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, teaching engineering courses. Anthony holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
