Cindy Adams

Cindy Adams is an experienced environmental project manager specializing in transportation, currently serving as a Senior Transportation Environmental Project Manager at HDR since January 2012. Prior to this role, Cindy held various positions at Caltrans, including NEPA Delegation Manager and Chief of the Environmental Management Office, demonstrating a strong background in environmental management. Cindy holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Davis.
