Debbie Pilgrim

Debbie Pilgrim, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Area Human Resources Manager at HDR since January 2018, providing leadership and oversight for offices in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas with a focus on employee relations and performance management. Education was completed at Grove City College, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology between 1984 and 1988.
