Jory J. Dille

Jory J. Dille, PMP, ENV SP, is a seasoned professional in transportation planning with extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects and managing client relationships. Currently serving as the Transportation Planning Lead at HDR since May 2022, Jory previously held key positions at Alliance Transportation Group, Inc. as Vice President of Planning and Director of Planning from December 2019 to May 2022, and at HDR as Project Manager/Sr. Transportation Planner from September 2017 to December 2019. Jory's background also includes managing complex transit-related mobility projects at DART, as well as providing oversight in transportation planning at the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Jory holds a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
