Ken Jong is a retired Principal Project Manager who previously held senior leadership roles at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from 1988 to 2016, where they managed projects in highways and transit stations. Ken currently serves as a Principal Project Manager and Vice President at HDR since 2017. Their earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Transportation Engineer at Caltrans from 1984 to 1988 and briefly as a Project Manager at Zoon Engineering in 2017. Ken is now in retirement, having transitioned in 2023.
