Ken Smith

Ken Smith has over 40 years of experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Vice President Director of Value Engineering and Project Risk Management at HDR since February 2007, Ken has been instrumental in advancing value engineering practices. Prior to this role, Ken spent nearly 28 years at the Washington State Department of Transportation, where the position of Deputy State Design Engineer was held until February 2007.
