Lori-Ann Wilson

Lori-Ann Wilson, CPHR Candidate, serves as the Area Human Resources Manager at HDR since December 2016, providing HR guidance for 11 offices across Canada with over 550 employees. Responsibilities include offering support on employment-related matters, coaching leaders on performance management, enhancing HR initiatives, and coordinating compensation reviews. Prior experience includes roles at the BC Cancer Research Centre as a Human Resources/Administrative Coordinator, and at Kardium Inc. as a Human Resources/Office Coordinator. Lori-Ann has also held positions in operations management and recruitment, as well as founding a jewelry design company and working as a sound designer at Electronic Arts. Education includes a Human Resources Management Certificate and training in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
