Michelle Sherwood

Michelle Sherwood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and client development. Currently serving as Vice President and Regional Business Group Manager at HDR since October 2007, Sherwood has held multiple senior roles within the company, focusing on thought leadership and marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Client Development Manager at Bonestroo (now Stantec), where Sherwood successfully established a client development program, and as City Administrator for the City of Long Lake, managing city operations and negotiations for infrastructure projects. Earlier roles include Assistant City Administrator and Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Chaska, concentrating on downtown redevelopment and economic growth. Sherwood holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from St. Olaf College.
