Ron Perkins

Ron Perkins, PE, CCM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction services and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President and Construction Services Manager at HDR Inc. since May 2006, Ron oversees water and wastewater construction projects in California and Hawaii. Previously, Ron held the position of Project Manager at Sacramento Regional Transit District, leading the Amtrak/Folsom Light Rail Extension Project from August 2001 to May 2006. Ron also worked as Operations Manager for Lennar Communities, managing residential infrastructure projects, and began his career as a Civil Engineer for Alameda County, focusing on public works and flood control. Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Business with a focus on Urban Land Development from California State University-Sacramento.
