Stacey Falcioni

Stacey Falcioni is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects and community engagement initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Consultant at HDR since December 2025, Stacey leads communications for various infrastructure projects in the southwest. Prior experience includes a role as Project & Staff Development Manager/Lead at Arellano Associates, overseeing multiple transportation projects focused on stakeholder communication and community engagement. Additional roles include Management Analyst for the City of South Pasadena, Senior Public Affairs & Communications Consultant at HIGH POINT STRATEGIES LLC, and Policy Deputy for Los Angeles County Fourth District. Stacey holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Fullerton.
