Tim Williams

Tim Williams is currently the Design Principal at HDR, where they have been since 2023, having previously served as a Senior Design Architect from 2019 to 2023. Tim recently returned to the U.S. after over eight years of international architectural experience, including positions at Ronald Lu & Partners in Hong Kong and Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. Additionally, Tim taught graduate studio courses as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2023. They hold a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas, earned in 2010. Tim has been recognized as an AIA Nebraska Young Architect and was named a 40 under 40 by the World Architecture Festival and Architects Newspaper in 2025.
