Phil Rainey has a diverse background in engineering and maintenance management, currently serving as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. Prior to retirement in 2018, Phil gained extensive experience as the Maintenance Engineering Team Leader at Wrigley from January 2008 to March 2014, and as CWO4 at Specwar from 1979 to 2007. Educationally, Phil holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Houston-Victoria, earned between 2010 and 2013, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland, obtained from 1987 to 1990. Following retirement, Phil has focused on enhancing manufacturing machine reliability and efficiency while enjoying life in the South.
