Kelli Carabello

Kelli Carabello, CPA, CGMA, is an accomplished finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting at HDT Bio since May 2024. Kelli's extensive experience includes pivotal roles in various organizations, such as Director of Finance at Umoja Biopharma, where responsibilities included managing financial systems and processes for a pre-revenue startup and successfully transitioning from QuickBooks to SAP. Previously, Kelli held controller positions at Progressive International, Farrelli's Pizza, and Anderson Hay & Grain Co., Inc., overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, audits, and financial reporting for diverse industries. Additionally, Kelli has an academic background as an adjunct faculty member, teaching financial accounting at Modesto Junior College, and has held significant managerial positions at AT&T, Cisco Systems, and Apple, where leadership and operational management were paramount. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting from California State University, Fresno.
