Kianna Sinfuego

Kianna Sinfuego is a skilled research professional with extensive experience in biological research and technical laboratory procedures. Currently serving as a Research Associate II at HDT Bio since February 2023, Kianna excels in running ELISA, ELISpot, and flow cytometry for clinical trial samples, as well as in growing and inducing Hepatitis B virus production from cells. Previously, Kianna worked at Sana Biotechnology, Inc. as a Research Associate, focusing on the development and optimization of SOPs for cardiomyocyte growth from induced pluripotent stem cells. At Fred Hutch, Kianna held the position of Research Technician II, where responsibilities included mouse husbandry, genotyping, and organoid generation. Earlier roles include a Lab Aide at Pacific Northwest Research Institute and positions in retail and customer service. Kianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Seattle University, earned in 2019.
