Mike Thomas

Mike Thomas serves as the VP & Head of Legal, Compliance & Contracts at HDT Global. With a background in legal counsel and compliance, Mike has extensive experience advising on government contracts, M&A opportunities, international contracting activities, corporate compliance, employment law, and intellectual property management. Prior to their current role, Mike also held positions at FlightSafety International and Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth, where Mike provided legal counsel on a range of matters including government contracts, commercial contracts, labor and employment law, and corporate governance. Mike holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A. in Business Administration and Philosophy from Washington & Jefferson College.
