Hima Bindu is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Head Digital Works Pvt Ltd., a well-funded and supported growth stage start-up in the internet technology and gaming industry. Prior to this, Hima was an Associate at Executive Access, where Hima was responsible for leadership hiring and market research in tech companies. Hima also worked as a Research Associate at BTI Consultants, a global consulting firm specialized in leadership hiring. Hima completed their Executive Development Program in Talent Management at XLRI Jamshedpur and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from AIMIT.
