Alexey Anisimov

Alexey Anisimov is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading QA teams and enhancing testing processes across various companies. Currently serving as Technical Unit Lead at Headhunter Group since September 2022, Alexey previously held the position of Head of QA at FunCorp, where significant achievements included the hiring and development of engineering teams, the implementation of shift-left testing, and improvements in test automation processes. During tenure at Headhunter Group, Alexey managed a team of 30 engineers, established QA strategies, and dramatically optimized testing infrastructure. Additionally, previous roles at SpamExperts and SoftLogic involved comprehensive testing responsibilities and the development of automated testing solutions. Alexey holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Arkhangelsk State Technical University.
