Elena Petrova

Elena Petrova (Khokhlova), MBA, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at HeadHunter Group since September 2023. Previously, Elena held various significant roles including Senior Project Manager and Senior HRBP at Alfa-Bank, where major contributions included leading Employee Experience research and implementing an automated Voice of Employee tool. Elena also worked as HRD and Chief of Staff at Insolar, focusing on HR organizational audits and performance review cycles. Prior experience includes key account management at Google and consultancy roles at Odgers Berndtson and McKinsey & Company, where Elena specialized in organizational development and executive assessments.
