Ilia Moltianinov

Ilia Moltianinov has had a diverse work experience in the fields of product management, project management, and software development. Ilia began their career at BIT Creative, where they worked as a full-stack web developer and later became the CTO and co-founder of the company. Ilia then joined Reglament-Media as the software development director, where they successfully launched a web-app for an expert-consulting system on legal issues. Currently, Ilia works at Headhunter Group, starting as a project manager, then progressing to the role of Head of Mobile, and finally, as a senior and lead product manager focusing on communication platforms and messengers. In their roles at Headhunter Group, Ilia was responsible for launching and improving mobile products, leading development teams, and enhancing core company products on the web. Ilia'swork at Headhunter Group resulted in significant achievements, including high mobile products traffic and recognition of the company's apps as the best applications for job search in Russia.

Ilia Moltianinov has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Penza State University, which they completed from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, in 2011, they attended Stratoplan management school, where they studied Project Management. In the same year, they also obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrumtrek. In 2017, Ilia pursued further education at Lean Kanban University, obtaining the KMP I / KMP II: Kanban Management Professional certification. Currently, they are attending Growth Tracking school and working towards a degree in Business growth consulting, expected to be completed in 2022.
