Adam Phillips

Adam Phillips has a significant amount of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Adam is currently the CFO at Headlam Group plc since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Financial Controller at National Express Group Plc from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they held various positions at Halfords from 2013 to 2019, including Group Strategy & Investor Relations Director, Corporate Finance Director, Head of Investor Relations, Head of Business Planning, and Head of Operational Finance. Adam also worked at Molson Coors as a Senior Commercial Finance Manager and Commercial Finance Manager from 2010 to 2012. Adam started their career at KPMG, where they served as an Audit Manager, Assistant Manager, and Trainee Chartered Accountant from 2002 to 2010.

Adam Phillips completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School between 1998 and 2002. In September 2005, they obtained the ACA certification from ICAEW.
