Joe Horowitz

Joe Horowitz is an experienced professional in business development and investor relations, currently serving as Managing Director at Headlands Capital since November 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Vice President at PURE Insurance from June 2019 to October 2024 and served as Vice President of Business Development at both Hawthorne Global Aviation Services and The LISS GROUP between 2015 and 2019. Joe's career began as a professional golfer and golf marketing specialist, participating in the PGA Tour Canada from 2004 to 2009 and achieving notable successes, including multiple tournament wins and course records. Joe's earlier experience also includes a role as Brand Ambassador for Webair and a board member position at the Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund from 2008 to 2014. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of Richmond, earned in 2001.
