Christopher Bates Mba, Htl (ASCP)

Christopher Bates, MBA, HTL (ASCP), currently serves as the Budget and Contracts Manager at Headlands Research since December 2021. Previously, Christopher held various key roles at UT Southwestern Medical Center from January 2017 to December 2021, including Clinical Research Operations Manager, where responsibilities included establishing financial goals and overseeing the Clinical Research unit’s performance. Earlier positions included Senior Clinical Research Coordinator and a Senior Histology Technologist in Neuropathology/Immunohistochemistry, demonstrating expertise in coordinating medical research projects and managing clinical trial processes. Prior experience also includes roles in clinical case coordination and administrative support within healthcare settings. Christopher earned an MBA in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2019, and a B.S. in Biology Pre-Medicine from Jackson State University in 2012.
