Brennan began their career as a Senior Consultant at MSL in 1997. Richard then moved to Nortel Networks in 1999, where they served as a Senior Manager until 2000. In 2000, they joined CT Partners as a Director, where they worked for seven years before moving to Calibre One in 2007. Richard served as a Partner at Calibre One for five years before joining H.I. Executive Consulting in 2012.
